I logged another 3.5miles to work this morning. I plan to take a 10 mile ride home from work this evening.

    I did 14 miles yesterday & 4 miles to work this AM. Not sure what I will do after work today. Ticker updated!

    Hi..I'm checking in on the new page. Halfway through the month, and I'm just about halfway there (49/100). Hoping to jump on the bike tonight just to knock out that last mile or maybe a few extra...

    Last month's goal was 90, and I was on track to blow past it but got so busy this week I only ended up at 93.5. So I added 10 to kick it up a notch but wasn't too harsh on myself in case it gets crazy again.

    My miles are all running/jogging. If I added walking it would be much more, but harder to keep track of.

    My 10K is in 5 weeks!
