Hey all! My name is Erica. I hail from Gainesville, FL. I have a 1 year old little girl who's the light of life and sometimes the sweat on my brow lol but truthfully she's my motivation for wanting to be healthier. A co-worker suggested this site to me because it's helped her become food conscious and she's lost a good amount of weight since having her little girl. So here I am! :)

    Hi Im new and am loving this site makes tracking so much easier.... My fav exercise at the moment is spinning, i am lloking to gain friends on here to keep me motivated..
