hello, my name is jake. I use to weight lift a lot , but due to uncontrollable circumstance took eight months off from the gym. I was a beefy 205, then after the eight month layoff was a jiggly 205. It was surprising that I had stayed the same weight, but noticeable in the appearance of my new found shape. I started a 30 day meal plan and began going to kickboxing class and lost five lbs in the week and a half. Then my brother told me about this site and it helped me really start peeling the weight off. My goal is to get to 185 and maintain healthy eating habits. I haven't been less than 205 in 4 years and am very excited with how My fitness pal is helping me loss the weight. wish they would make a commercial about how someone finds my love handles in the parking lot of my gym. bahahahahahahaha :-D

Welcome! Though I must admit, finding love handles in the parking lot would make me a little worried about the gym, lol.0
