Hi I'm back!

Hi everyone,

So I'll be honest, I completely lost my momentum of being good over the holidays, I think being out of my routine didn't help and I just completely lost all my enthusiasm for this!

I'm back now, and I'll happily admit that in doing that I am now about half a stone heavier than I was when I first came on here to loose weight! So its time to start again!

*sigh*

Feel free to add me as I need lots of encouragement and will do the same in return!

    Yo Yo dieting is not good. We need to learn to make this a healthy lifestyle and not a short term diet.

    I am right there with you. I did the same thing, left MFP, and when I finally came back had gained almost everything I had worked over the past year to lose.

    I am back at it too, so we can support ech other to keep it going this time!

    I don't tend to yoyo diet because I don't tend to diet as such...I just ate more crap than usual and lost the control lol!

    Now I will go back to using this great website to help control my intakes :))

    Its true you really are what you eat - cakes and biscuits are baaaaaaaaad :(
