    Nobody here knows I am shy. I have more friends here than facebook. I exercised like crazy to lose before finding MFP but didn't lose and now I am losing. Yes, slowly but successfully but that is besides the point for this post. I am addicted and it is telling in my life. I am starting to act out there the way I do here. They all think it is the new haircut. Little do they know it is my addiction to MFP.
