SEARCHING for low carb + low fat cake/muffin/bread recipes !

im just searching for low carb cake/bread/muffin/cupcake recipes. havent had a chance to explore it myself yet. was wondering if anyone had any good recipes?

im assuming i will need almond flour and i havent tried it yet, but flaxseed meal.

if anyone out there has any suggestions! - let me know :-)

I am not sure of a real recipe, but if you start with an egg meringue base, and fold in a little almond flour, you might get something you're looking for. Sort of like an angel food cake..... good luck!
