Tip for breastfeeding moms

Hi, when I had my second child, my nurtitionist gave me extra calories to account for the calories burned by breastfeeding. (She gave me 1800 total.) MFP always wants to assign me a lower number of calories because it doesn't have a way to know that I'm breastfeeding. So, what I did was enter my goal weight, and then after MFP calculated my calories (1410), I added an exercise called Breastfeeding that burns 390 calories. That keeps MFP and me on track, and gives me more accurate projections. Hopes this helps some other moms!
