    first, losing 46 pounds in less than 5 months is pretty dang awesome. sometimes your body just needs to catch up with you. I wouldn't worry about not losing in 2 weeks.

    second, you mentioned that you're eating too many carbs. reduce the carbs...particularly the processed ones. reduce grains, breads, rice, etc.

    third, it might be time to "shock" your body with a cheat day or two where you eat what you want without gorging. then get back into your routine.

    Keep up the great work! Just think, a stall is better than a gain, so if you were able to maintain over the last few weeks then count that as a success. Keep it up, you'll be at goal in no time!
