Romaine lettuce topped with a little light ranch and a can of tuna but I'm out of tomatoes and cucumbers. Will probably have carrots too.0

I am having a spinach salad wtih apples, goat cheese, and pecans....I love this type of salad and I use a small amount of honey mustard dressing.0

Penne pasta with red sauce, mushrooms and turkey sausage. Something I threw together the other night with some crap I got out of the pantry. It tastes amazing and only around 300 calories a serving.0

I think it'll be 3/4 cup egg beaters & 3 slices of turkey bacon, because similar to previous responses, I'm out of key veggies for my chef salad...0

I'm having a 6" parmesan bread sandwich with 95% fat free roast beef & reduced fat colby jack cheese, a yellow apple, a white cheddar rice cake with red pepper hummus, a bowl of miso soup and a special k bar. Or at least that's the plan so far. Just finished breakfast0

Many folks say the biggest problem with the MAD (Modern American Diet) is that we don't eat any fruits and veggies. Face it, you have to search the fast food menus for something that has more than a smattering of lettuce, tomato and ketchup resting on a fatty beef patty.
That's why I make it a rule to always have a salad with my lunch. It's a new promise I've made to myself, so it's field greens and a low sodium ham sandwich for lunch.0 -

My lunches are usually semi big..I usually go to the community kitchen where they serve meat, salad, canned veggies..dinner rolls, desserts..sometimes i have the whole course, sometimes i dont.0

Tuna on half of a pita bread with 1 tsp mayo and 1tsp mustard. YUM
And it's Grandparent's day at my little grand daughter's pre-school class, so I get to take my lunch to school0 -
healthy choice fresh mixer pasta with a side of veggies dipped in homemade buttermilk ranch dressing (homemade is only 50 calories for 1/4 cup!!!).0

I made a big batch of stir fry on Monday night to eat for lunch the rest of the week.
1 bag of frozen stir fry veggies (broccoli, carrots, red pepper, water chestnuts, baby corn, etc)
1 container of fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
about 1/3 of a red onion (leftover from another meal)
1 chicken breast, chopped
All of which I sauteed in some EVOO with lots of garlic, some low-sodium soy sauce, a splash of red wine vinegar, and some ground ginger, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper.
I added about 1.5 servings of cooked whole wheat thin spaghetti to the mixture because I love my carbs, but it's also good without it.0 -

2 Slices Sopressata Salami
1.5 Slice Swiss Ementhal Cheese

I love all of those things on their own, but I think I would get sick if I ate them all together! You must have an iron stomach!0 -

Actually off work for the rest of the week, so I am not having my normal lunch that I prep for work.
Today it 's tuna with dijon mustard and a splash of fat free mayo on an italian herb Flat Out with lettuce and tomatoes. Super delicious and low WW points.0 -
