Trying to Get Back on the Horse!

Hello, everyone!! I've been on MFP for a couple months and hit a huge slump! I was doing great for a couple weeks or a month, and then vacation ruined everything. Weirdly, on vacation wasn't as bad as getting back. I haven't been exercising or paying attention to what I eat or tracking calories or anything since I got back. MFP keeps being like, You haven't been back in a week, and I'm like, I know! It's because I know it would tell me I'm doing terribly. Please help! I need encouragement/a kick in the booty.

I'm best at exercising in the mornings; I was getting up and riding my bike, doing a Pilates video or strength training. I've been getting up at 5 with my husband and I stay home, so I have time!! I just haven't gotten back my health mojo to make myself do it. Any advice or motivational-ness would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, you guys!

  • make the committment to do it tomorrow morning. Get your affairs in order today to start tomorrow. Excersie and eating properly. Giddy up.

    Get up right now and start exercising TODAY..don't wait until tomorrow or next week...make your changes TODAY!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

    You can do this! You have done it before, don't think of how difficult it will be...just think of that great feeling you get from a tough cardio work out, or how strong you feel after doing pilates. Try to focus on the benefits...and the hardest part is starting. Once you get over that, you're home free, my friend!:wink:
