OkieWorkout - 2, 4, 5 = 11
Team total - 29 servings
If you think that you daily servings amount is wrong, please give me the correct number and I will make the change. I'm counting the serving sizes to be one serving for either 1 cup for raw or 1/2 cup for cooked fruits & veggies.

I think that your totals are wrong I have gone back and re-calculated again using the way you did...
Monday is 4.
Tuesday is 7.5- 2 come from mcdonalds salad -2 cups of lettuce and carrots...
wednesday is 7-1 is coming from my spaghetti sauce which is chock full of tomatoes peppers shredded zucchini and carrots.
according to my friend who is a nutritional counselor each piece of whole raw fruit counts as 1 serving. One day I did have almost 2 small apples for breakfast but they were SMALL so I counted that as only 1. if you would like me to go through and show you how I came up with every total I can.0 -

I gained most of what I lost the week before last. I had a feeling that I would... 2.8 pounds gained. 149.2 lbs.0

Just wanted to clarify for anybody who saw my status message..I had a yearly exam today and there were some definite areas of concerns during my breast exam. I have to go for a mammogram, and possibly a biopsy. but didn't want to put that out there on my status message.0 -

We're counting fat grams this week! I'll just take the number from your food diaries. I will also report the number of fat grams you're allotted so that alibaba0310 can calculate percentages. I'll give an update on Wednesday.0

I had a big loss, but it could be the fact that I am using a different scale. I'll take the loss, but don't know how real it is. I just have to be honest about it.
