Stride Count Turnover (NSV?)

Yesterday was the first time that *I noticed* the stride count on my elliptical turned over within 65 minutes. That means my stride count hit 9999 and kept going! It may have been the first time, or it may have just been the first time I noticed, but it brought me back to the first workout session I did about a month ago. I was on that same elliptical and I could only manage thirty minutes. I thought I was dying and I wanted to jump off that thing a million times that half hour.

Now I spend an hour and a half or more each time I visit the gym and couldn't ask for more!

  • YAY!!!! That is great! I started with 5 minutes on the elliptical, and then worked I up to 20 minutes. Thirty minutes was so hard to get up to. That extra 10 minutes killed me. Now I am up to 45 minutes. I never thought I would be able to do it!
