Weight goals.

I'm 4'11 and have no idea what my goal weight should be.So, i keep asking but never get a response. i decided to look it up myself but one site said 86-105 and another says 103-113.. huh?? HELP, any suggestions?

I'm (barely) 5 foot. My goal weight is 110-115. I weight both before. I like myself better at 115 i think. U may wantto shoot for 110 but, thats totally up to u0

darnit! lol i weigh 105 right now, 95 is my goal. i was hoping i was wrong for that to be a goal, but looks like im not BLEH0

I'm also 4'11'' and I'm lighter than I was in high school and 2lbs from my goal of 110. I don't see my belly going away like I want in 2lbs so I may re-evaluate my goal and make it between 105-110.0

i guess its all about frame size huh? may i ask what size jeans you wear? i can wear my 5s but they are rly right. 7s r too big though0 -

Go to tools on MFP then BMI put your information and it will tell you what is your healthy weight.0

Body fat percentage is a much better indicator than weight to decide on goals. 2 people can weigh the exact same at the same height, but look completely different due to body fat percentage.0
