This article states that exercise isn't all that important in weight loss, hmmmm I don't know if I buy that or not. What do you think?

I think it's BS! Studies have shown the reason us Americans are so overweight is primarily due to the fact that we are not nearly as active as we were 100, 50, even 20 years ago. Of course "super-sized" portions and processed foods play a part, but not being active is HUGE. Studies have shown that even if you are overweight, if you are active you are less likely to develop heart-disease, type 2 diabetes, etc...0

I would agree that it's gonna be 80% (or so) nutrition and %20 fitness...just my 2 cents0

Exercise is important for everything. It lifts your mood. It keeps you from getting stiff. It improves bodily functions, burns calories. I could go on and on. If you feel like eating something naughty, get up and move instead.0
