    Congrats!!!! that's fantastic, I celebrate my one year next week. I'll have to post pics and like you, I know this is only the begining and we have more time to go, in fact a lifetime of this living....we can do it!!!!

    Fantastic, I'm really happy for you! I think this will work for me too, I've tried lots of diets but actually thinking about what you eat is working so far. You are right no quick fix, will win the day!! I'm happy 9lbs lost in 7 weeks, brilliant!! Well done again x
