I started working out more, a lot more and so now I need to eat more, esp. because im not trying to loose weight. I already eat healthy things like nuts, fruit, vegtables, cheese, yogurt, milk, chicken, tuna and other fish. I dont want to add more processed foods, so what else could I eat get get my calories up?

when needing more cals in the evening or as a snack when you realize you'll have to many cals left over.. glass of milk, PB toast with a drizzle of honey, nuts....oh you mentioned those already. Hm....I know I struggle in getting mine in each day:noway: But I can always seem to think on things for others to add in:laugh:

I know it's tough, healthy food is much lower in cals:noway:

If you eat cereal, Kashi or something healthy & yum like that you can add in a bowl of cereal....ah yea, I also try to stay away from processed foods so it can get hard to come up things....you have a pretty list going already, perhaps you might just have to double up on the cottage cheese and add fruit or mix in some healthy granola...or extra nuts?

K, not sure how much help I was but....was trying to come up with ideas for ya!:noway:  :flowerforyou:

Oatmeal, quinoa, whole grain breads, eggs.
Those are a few that came to mind that weren't on your list.
