Whew What a Difference!

I have been taking it easy on my stationary bike for a few days because it was killing my knees. Well, since we're weighing in this week I wanted to get an extra umph in there. I upped my resistance and rode my butt off! In 20 minutes I had already burned an extra 125 calories. Amazing!

    Ya'll are doing good!!! I just got home from work and was gonna work out on my elliptical machine and the dang batteries were dead. Lucky for me they are rechargeable but now I have to charge them. I am gonna try to get some in later....maybe after the Biggest Loser!
