hey
ive jsut started doing this at level 2...although i think its a good cardio workout my abs arent sore at all, has anyone else had this. is it more aimed at just cardio to burn the belly fat?

I just started this too. Also at level 2 (because they had it for free on my 'on demand' cable). Anywho, it was my bum that hurt terribly the next day...not my abs. I too thought that was strange.0

Yep! Those mountain climbers I could feel throughout my whole core. It's a good workout though. It will definitely help something, lol!0
