I have been using mfp for about a month now and down 7lbs...yippee. A little on my background, i had rny in 2006 lost 137lbs but have gained back 66lbs!! I am on a mission to relose this weight, currently i am hitting the gym 6days a week for a minimum of 45min. According to mfp i have a food allowance of 1600 and havent gone over it yet, bad thing is i am at a stand still and cant seem to lose any weight!!
