Hi. I just joined yesterday. I used to do year round sports in High School and did some exercising here and there throughout college. Now I have a desk job and am terrified that the lack of activity will cause me to gain weight. I am starting to use the food logs and exercise logs and do hatha yoga 2-3 times a week along with some quick paced walks for at least a half hour a day during my lunch hour. I am hoping to start a healthy exercise and eating routine for myself and to keep the good habits in the future.

Welcome! I really wish I had the foresight to maintain a healthy weight when I had the chance. It's probably a lot easier than having to lose 45 lbs!0
