Has anyone tried this before? And is it any different than regular running?

I bought the book, but I never finished reading it....but it seems to be more about form and breathing when you run.

I read the book. It's about running with proper form to prevent injury.
There's a good bit of philosophical stuff in there as well. I found it a good read and although i may not buy into everything 100%, the principles are sound and I whole heartedly believe that running with proper form will prevent you from suffering most running related injuries that people get because of bad form.
  • Thanks Rybo, that is about what i thought it was. I am considering purchasing a dvd or book- it sounded interesting and i heard about it from some friends on the west coast.
