I'm thinking about buying this cycle to keep under my desk at work. Does anyone know if it really has benefits? & how many calories are burned for both upper & lower cycling.

This would not replace any of my workouts or walks, I just hate sitting at my desk all day knowing there nothing I can do to move.

Thanks for your help

  • I have one. I call it "stationary biking light effort" because mine provides almost zero resistance. It's good to get you moving if that's all you're looking for. Mine shifts a lot too, so be careful! And enjoy.

Do you use it at work through out the day? How do you track your time if its off & on?
