Anyone have information regarding this protein powder? My husband wants me to start doing it because he's read that it has good results such as increase energy and muscle mass.

I am having problems trying to find the review for this on the internet and it seems the information that I am getting is coming from the very own people who make it.

I am interested in a good protein powder for my morning smoothies. I've tried many of them which seem to always get me bloated. Which I am not sure if that’s the way protein powder is suppose to make you feel, but I am willing to hear other opinions to other protein powders out there. Obviously because I am not very knowledgeable about them.

I'm 5'7 and weight 183, if that has to factor in, but overall I want something that will give me energy and make me feel full in the mornings. Is there anything like that I could try?

Thanks, ahead of time!

what kind did you try? It was probably not the BRAND of powder so much as the type of protein. If you were eating whey or casein try a non dairy option like soy or egg protein instead. If you had a blended one (I use the Optimum nutrition pro complex) then try some non-blendeds and see what may have been the cause of your bloated feeling.

Some of them also use weird fillers but my guess is that you were sensitive to one of the milk based proteins which isn't uncommon.

get some samples if you can and try a few different ones. Its not uncommon to be sensitive to whey. you could even try a blended one and see if just reducing the amount of whey helps.

I actually couldn't find a force factor protein powder on bodybuilding.com, all I could find was Body rush and some capsules, all of which are pre-workout enhancers I think.
