calories and totals

I am having a hard time getting in the calories I should. I havent even worked out today becasue most of my family is sick and it's just been crazy. I ate a great breakfast and a great lunch had two snacks and a good dinner. I even had a desert. I'm over on my protein but way behind in calories and everything else.
any suggestions

  • I switched my Activity Level to Sedentary, from Light/Moderate. I am actually pretty active; however, using a lower activity level gives you a lower daily target caloric target, which, should promote more weight loss. Time will tell I suppose.

    i think i already have a sedentary lifestyle down. Most of my weight was from the wrong choices like those stoooooopid breakfast wraps at BK (390 cal and almost all from fat) the other side of that is that I tend to under eat and then eat the wrong stuff. so my body packs on the weight
  • For a simple breakfast..On the run... I like a Special K Protein Bar.. Heck of a lot better for you than a wrap from any fast food place.. But you already know that. I'm a fan of smaller meals.. A BK wrap at 400 cal. at 8am.. Or 2 Special K bars... 1 at 8am and 10am and you're not starving. I'm a big fan of water and diet soda too.. Keeps you feeling full. Sorry to ramble.

    thanks charlie...do the special K bars have artificial sugar in them? I am allergic (anaphalaxis) to the artificial sweetners. so anything "diet" is out.

    those wraps were so bad,i know . but at 6 am on my way home from work and not eating all night they were the first thing I got my hands on. and man they were addictive

    They are FABULOUS!!!! I had one on the way to a football game and LOVED it. When I saw the fat & cals I quit cold turkey:bigsmile:
