Hello Ladies! So, I wanted slightly higher numbers this week, but with a sick kiddo (and feeling a bit under the weather myself) I'm running a little lower than goal:

Hi,here are my numbers for the week. Super busy work week so getting in early.
expect much lower numbers from me next week. I am traveling for the majority of the week and the hotel has a really crappy gym. Hate that. I usually stay in hotels with decent gyms.

Let your body heal, don't work at 100% because if your body is working on repairing your muscles and what not you're taking energy away from fighting the infection, but you also don't want to stop. A little cardio should go a long way in keepeing the nastiness from settling in too much.

I think we're about to close it out, but it doesn't look much like it on the map. Hopefully today's check in will be the last one. I have 120000 calories to get aroud the world and as of last week we burned 99395. This is where we stand right now (if you understand my chart, LOL):
