Hello everyone, I'm Adrian and I'm taking the initiative to get in shape and get healthy. I'm down 16lbs so far! This an awesome app and I never thought of myself as a calorie counter but with this app, it had been a breeze! Stay encouraged everyone and good luck and stay blessed!

I wish you ladies well on your journey to a new you! The knowledge on how to lose weight is so plentiful but putting the plan to action is sometimes like trying to make fire with sticks! I've so called tried losing weight before but I've never put my all into it. Being able to lose weight without any or pill had been great, I value every lost lb that much more because I know it came from hard work and dedication. I'm excited to start again after my little vacation and can't wait to lose an ounce lol!0
