Craving salt

I find on the days I exercise, which is most, by the evening I am really craving salt. I don't track my sodium, I don't really eat any pre-prepared food, and I am vegetarian, so what I get is whatever I add to my food. Is it likely that I am not eating enough given the amount I am sweating out? I got really bad cramps in pregnancy from not having enough salt, so I know it does effect me. I also have low blood pressure, I don't know if that makes a difference.

Maybe you should try tracking your sodium for a few days & see where you are. Then you might be better equipped to decide if you need more.0
