My protein count is really high today. Never watched that before on any diet plan. Is that something super important to watch?

Protein is probably the one nutrient of all of them that you want to see higher than average on a daily basis. So don't fret if you are eating "too much" protein :)

As long as you are okay on your calorie count, it's okay to go over on fiber and protein. Try not to go over on carbs, fat or sodium. Sugar is debated - some people say to not go over at all, some people say to only count added, refined sugars. You may find that you want to adjust your carb-protein-fat ratio (it's standardly set to 55-15-30) and you can do that by going into Change Goals and go through the custom options

Thank you for the responses. I am under calories by 200, carbs 54, fats 13 and over protein by 35 :O
