New: Staying on target

So I am new here and just wondering a few things.

Does everyone only pay attention to Calories and staying below/at their goal? Or does everyone try to stay below/at their goal of the Calories, Carbs, Fats, Protien as well?

What is a sample meal plan for your day? I have 1200 cals a day.

    I just ensure that I meet the minmum amount of protein and fat, the rest of the calories I would fill with snacks such as ice cream.

    My meals for today was:

    Future Life + Milk
    4 Eggs
    3 Chicken Breasts + Brocolli + 2 Slice of wholegrain bread
    Smoothie: Choc Protein Powder + Milk + Banana + Peanut Butter

    2 Scoops Choc fudge Ice cream

    I still met my calorie needs for the day.

    I mostly just pay attention to calories, but do peek at the other numbers and it influences me. My diary is open-it's 1210 calories a day. I generally eat back exercise calories.

    When I First started I only watched cals but After i was able to do easily I began looking at my fat sugar carb sodium and protein to make sure im eating a healthy variety of foods
