hey guys i just wanted to know if the calories you gain from excercising can be save for the end of the week for something special or a meal or or do they have to be eaten the same day? also how much does weighing yourself after drinking fluids really matter?

I find it works best for me to reconcile all the calories within 24 hours. If I don't eat my exercise calories on Monday, my body just knows it didn't have enough fuel for my workout--it doesn't know I'm planning a pizza pig-out on Saturday. When I have a huge calorie burn planned (over 2000) I will usually eat half of those calories in advance of the workout, the day before. Sometimes I will eat extra calories the next day too, but I do not save them. I used to do that on WW and it did not work for me--I gained weight due to not eating enough to fuel my workouts.
If you drink 16 oz. of water and weigh yourself right after, you will be 16 oz. heavier.0
