I wasn't sure where else to post this, but I wanted to offer a tip!
Those of you that are starting or currently doing P90X, most people complain about doing the Fiefer Scissors . . . .
There are two ways you can help with this
1. Take your hands and lay them flat under your butt bone
or
2. Take a towel and fold it up under your butt.
This helps the first few times to alleviate some of the pressure![=) =)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smiley.png)
Hope this helps!

Keeping your legs straight and locked out while doing them is a pain too. The Oblique V-Ups are the hardest for me for some reason.0
