loose skin

How do you avoid gettin loose skin. I've been overweight most of my life and this is my biggest fear!

    Strength training with weights. Or if you have the funds and can swing it, a personal trainer. I love mine. I am wearing smaller clothes than I have worn in 20 yrs but am at a higher weight. I dieted for 8 weeks on my own with no trainer and lost 14 lbs then I started with the trainer and in the next 8 weeks I lost 24 lbs. Almost double the weight in the same time frame. I totally swear by a trainer if you find one you like.

    She is right. My husband has lost 40 and I have lost 50 pounds neither of us have loose skin but we both exercise everyday. We are using Wii Fit which has aerobic and strength training. You need to find a way to tone your body as you loose weight, Whether you get a trainer, go to the gym, buy some weights and use them, what ever it takes to keep your skin elastic as you loose,.
