Can EVERYTHING be a legitimate answer? Because yes, whether it's salty or sweet, chocolate or donuts or pizza or pasta or cookies, cake, (but not candy really) cheesy, mexican, chinese, ANYTHING..... I crave it. Every day is a struggle, but I take things one day at a time and focus on limiting my accidents as much as possible and if they DO occur, I focus on not going over maintenance...
  • hmmm.... this is going to sound funny but grapes. honest to godness i will eat 3 lbs of grapes in 1 sitting.

what bad thing can i not resist? mozzarella sticks. who doesnt love cheese (expect those who are lactose :-P ) and who doesn't like fried things?!

Frozen Custard for me. And since I live in Wisconsin where we have frozen custard stands all over the place, (and I'm not talking Culver's, I mean REAL frozen custard) it can be a challenge sometimes. This again is where moderation comes into play. I still will have a scoop or even a sundae from time to time, but always on days where I have done a lot of exercise and have been eating good otherwise :)

Bacon pizza from Dominos ~ dipped in fat full Kens ranch dressing ~ ok, anything with kens ranch dressing. Potato skins, again with ranch dressing, mac & cheese (cant shovel that in fast enough most of the time) Cheese bread, dominos again, crazy bread, fried pork chops, friend okra (but ONLY fresh okra that I cook)

Pasta. I love a big plate of pasta. Or at least I use to. Now I measure everything! I have been meaning to make a batch. Hmmm, maybe this weekend.
  • friggin tater tot casserole.

the devil in a 13x9 baking dish.

Nice :) I get that at work... and you're right... it's the devil.

For me it's Mt. Dew. Especially while working 10 hour shifts in childcare... it's hard to keep up with one year olds ALL day long!

Yes. There are not enough pizzas on that pizza! It also needs more cheese, bacon, and sausage.

Same here. I don't even buy it, because if it's in the house, I'm eating it out of the jar with a spoon in no time!

Yogurt with sweetener and almonds and also, frozen yogurt! I know it sounds healthy but, believe me, I can make just about anything a binge food (grapes, apples, peanut butter, apricots... ).
  • Funnily enough there wasn't really much I couldn't resist for several months after I started dieting....that is until that fateful day a couple months ago I had ice cream (well Arctic Zero anyway) and chocolate Vita Tops in the house at the same time. Together they're basically like cake and ice cream...so. freaking. delicious. I literally cannot have them in my house at the same time anymore because I couldn't stop myself from having less than three servings!
