Just Joined -(bikram yoga practitioner)

Hi, my goal is to lose 15 lbs and tone and strengthen. I am taking bikram yoga 5x per week and being more vigilant with my diet to do this. Any other yoga practitioners - no matter what form you practice - it would be great to share some support on practicing and staying devoted to it. I am also here with my sister, so we are supporting each other on our fitness and health goals.
