Best Time to Weigh-In

I know the best time to weigh-in is in the morning before you eat breakfast, once a week blah blah blah. My question is... do you think it's bad that my weigh-in days are scheduled for the morning after I rest? Meaning, I work out 6 days a week and then have one day of rest, and the next day is my weigh-in day right after a day of doing nothing. Will that affect my weigh-ins negatively?

That's usually what I do because then it gives my body/muscles some time to heal up and let all that water that it's been retaining go.0

I dont think it matters what day you do it. I cant imagine you would be heavier on your rest day, unless you eat stuff that would make you retain water. I always do mine on friday morning since I tend to slack on the weekends.0

If you're consistently doing it after a rest day, then your result should be similar. As long as you're keeping the situation the same every time you weight in, your results should be fairly accurate.0

I weigh in every Friday morning before i eat breakfast
which is right after my rest day, my weight is not any different than if i weighed in after a day i worked out

No as long as you are consistent and weigh in at the same time on a similar day (which is what you're doing) you should be fine. Each one should do what works for them, most people tell me that I shouldn't weigh myself every day but that's what works for me, I find that if the scale goes down it motivates me and if it goes up it makes me pay more attention to what I eat the next day.0
