Hey all, I'm Dave. The GF wanted me to join this site with her so I did.
I started my weight loss in March of this year and lost 90lbs to date. I ate 300 calories or so a day for months, which is crazy unhealthy but it's the kick I needed at the time. I'm now at a still unhealthy 700-800 calories but going pretty well and trying to work out 2+ per week. I eat an utterly ridiculous amount of steamed vegetables and sugar-free jello and popsicles.

no, in all seriousness, i wish i could eat like you and be healthy. i eat 2100 calories a day and am still hungry!!!0 -
He isn't healthy...well at least the eating part isn't healthy. Your body need x amount of calories to work properly.
If you have itunes I suggest you listen to fat to fit pod cast.0
