Super super stoked!!!! Joined MFP back in November '10 but didn't really use it like I should until this March. Again, didn't really use it faithfully daily (like I should) and the result was weight loss followed by weight gain + a few extra.
Long story short, I started logging in faithfully some 60+ days ago and that's when I started seeing results. Since this past end of May, I have lost 37lbs. I set my first mini goal for my birthday 9/24 and my goal was to lose 35 lbs. I beat and exceeded my goal by 2 lbs!!!!!!!
I have not weighed this less in a very, very, very, very, v-e-r-y long time. I have dropped 3.5 sizes (was a 22W and now fit into a regular 16) and my 16's are getting lose too
I've decided to go for an additional 20-30 lbs and hoping to drop that by New Years eve. I'm also participating in my first 3k/5k run/walk on October 22nd in honor of my rocking mother in-law who has beaten pancreatic cancer twice now (as of July most recently) and she was my initial inspiration.
So, some pictures to share because I know if you're like me you like to see progression.
This past March at my heaviest :noway: (which was 12 lbs higher than my MFP start weight, lost 12 lbs with WW before)

Today, 37lbs lighter  (excuse the hair... )

The only thing that I have been doing differently than in the past is counting my calories faithfully every day, exercising M-F for 1.5-2 hours and that's it. I allow myself 1200 calories a day. I exercise and burn anywhere from 1100-1400 calories each time I go and I try my very best to eat back all of those, but there are days when it is just too difficult.
When I exercise at the gym, I am now doing 2 different things. I alternate 30 min. circuit training with 30 minutes on the arc trainer 2-3 days a week and the other days I do 40 minutes of weights (i'm talking Nautilus equipment, not free weights and it's legs/abs/arms).
