Low Sodium Chicken/Vegetable Stock replacement?

Hi all,

I'm planning on making Pumpkin and Pear Soup on the weekend and it requires stock....even the 'low sodium' varieties salt content make my eye twitch.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a switch that is available in Australia and doesn't involve me making my own?

    Herb-ox makes beef & chicken bouillon that you could use to replace the chicken stock. Its sodium free! But I have yet to find it in stores, always had to order it online.
  • If you can't find them in America I have little to no chance of finding them in Australia lol
