Well im sure many people have had a similar delima before (im not at the moment but i do often better to tackle a problem before it happens). . . You wake up in the middle of the night(some unknown reason) and your stomach is going grrrrr grrrrrr grrrrrr. You try to turn over and go back to sleep but it just isnt possible with your tummy growling n hurting from being hungry. So where do u log these calories if u give into the fridge monster??? the day befor or tthe next day as a snack??

The day before unless you woke up in the early hours of the morning.0

I suppose if you logged it on the next day's calories you would have more chance of sticking to your calorie goals because you may have eaten up to the limit thinking you were finished for the day and then eating in the night would take you over, so if it was me I would log it on the next day's calories so that you can allow for it.
Still, so long as you log it it isn't all that important, the logging is what really matters as it is turning a blind eye to our own habits which makes us fat and when you log everything you have to look at it.0
