Help from those that have finished Insanity

I just finished Insanity and would like ideas on what program to do next. Please only answer if you have finished. I tried doing some of my other dvds (bob harper) and they are too easy now. Way too easy. I own Chalean Extreme, Asylum and p90x so I can do any of those. What do you think? I need a bit of a break from Shaun T, so I would prefer to put Asylum off a bit but I need something more challenging than these bob harper dvds. Seriously hardly broke a sweat.

It does depend on what you would like to do. Do you want more cardio or more strength. Since you have P90X I would suggest doing that one but it is more strength. The Beachbody site does have a hybrid schedule of Insanity/P90x. Although I know you are sick of Shaun.
Chalean Extreme will be way to easy for you but again that is more strength. I have also done Turbofire which is high intensity cardio and I really love that. Maybe you should check that one out.

After Insanity I started on P90X, I love it. It's a challenge definately but so different to insanity, in that its more strength based, you use weights/resistance bands/pull up bars, rather than just your own body weight. Depends on your goals.0

I finished Insanity a month ago and started P90X on Monday. I didn't realise it was going to be sooooo different, but I love it. Like you, loved Insanity, but just wanted a bit of a break from Shaun.T. - no offence Shaun, nice eye candy, will be back later, I promise!!!
I think doing Insanity has helped me be able to 'manage' P90X easier than if I hadn't done that first. I have 'felt' the after effects of P90X every day this week, didn't feel that with Insanity, so I think this will finish off my toning stage nicely!
Good luck with whichever you decide on - but can definately recommend P90X for you to do next :flowerforyou:0 -
Thanks! I think it will be p90x. My goals are just to be in shape. I can do my own lifting if strength is not included and I do love cardio. I love insanity and Shaun T, just need a break. It was the best program ever! I cannot believe how much better shape I am in! I just need to work harder than these My Trainer Bob dvds. He goes on and on about how hard they are and i just laugh.0
