Hi all,
Am not entirely new to this site, but have been a bit patchy in keeping up my log (and my diet). So now I thought I would try to use the community side of the site more, as I have not done so previously, hoping that this would make it more likely that I will stick to my goals.
So please add me as a friend if you will, and keep me accountable for my actions! The more people watching my profile the more shamed I will be for not keeping it up - and I will gladly return the favour with encouragements and advice if you like. I could also really use the inspiration about easy, healthy, low calorie meals, as I am quite uninspired and tend to eat the same things repeatedly!
I don't have an extreme amount of weight to lose, but am finding it quite difficult to shed those stubborn kilos keeping me from feeling entirely healthy and happy. And with a previous ski-injury leaving my left knee a bit problematic, I do really need to lose at least a stone or so, to minimise the likelihood of getting issues with it in the future.
Hope there are some others out there in similar (or completely different) situations, who would be able to offer me a bit of support and encouragement, and I will gladly do the same in return!
