Woke up and felt incredibly light today. EVIL SCALE!

So, after my prolonged non-exercising period due to injury, I'm finally back to my routine. It was hard to get back to body pump. I did not lose my endurance: it was easy to run again, do stair climber and teach my Zumba classes, but let me tell you getting back to body pump was tough! ((( I could not believe how my strength has vanished. I struggled with the weights which used to be a joke to me.
I do feel great about getting back though.
I have decided to weigh myself first time after I started exercising. Guess what: +3 lbs!
So, after 2 weeks of NO EXERCISE I lose 3 lbs and after I'm back I've gained back those lbs.
I ran to get measuring tape and found out that I lost an inch in my hips which is great!

So, another evidence that scale is an EVIL!!!!

Yes, that evil scale! You are doing great, I should be measuring as well...but never do.

I do not have too much to lose. So, in my case I fight for every half of an inch and every gram of weight.

    Thank you all for support!
