My idea of cooking is chucking a few ingredients into my slow cooker.........
Any recipe that has more then 6 ingredients gets tossed away.........0 -
The epicurious app on Android or i-whatever has a section called "I can barely cook" - a lot of it is salads or stuff that doesn't involve much technique. There is also a section for low-calorie, low-fat, or other healthy choices. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app.
Also the whole foods app has some great recipes and an option for vegan food or vegetarian foods, as well as gluten-free (which tends to be more dense in calories, so be careful!), sugar conscious, low carb, etc.0 -
Also, as you get more comfortable cooking, you should experiment with recipes and make them even healthier -- a lot of times "healthy" recipes aren't as great as you would think.
A few herbs and spices go a long way for flavor, and can make very appetizing food out of simple ingredients.

Very useful, some of these sites I've not heard of before. Thanks!0
