Mood changes...

I've found since starting this diet that I am so moody.
Not in an angry way. More so letting things get to me and making me have a "I don't care" kinda attitude. :grumble:
I was just wondering if others have had this kinda experience because it is a lil' be of a downer.
The only time I feel good now is after I work out.

I can relate, I started to eat more smaller meals and that had seemed to help me. I used to space out my meals to 3-4 a day and now I eat around 6 times a day.
My husband complained to me to eat something because I always seem to get *****y when I was hungry... So my tummy is satisfied so is my family.0 -
eating enough I get grumpy if I am really hungry0

Eating regularly can help cause it maintains your sugar level's I find I'm moody if i don't eat my normal time, I tend to have 3 meals a day and 3 low cal snacks or fruit in between0

Its hard for me to make a regular time for eating. My work hours are different everyday and I go on break when I'm told.
I think my body is just not use to me taking in smaller amounts of calories.
I also stopped drinking energy drinks.
I guess my body is just currently grumpy at me.0
