Graze are doing a special offer.... www.graze.com
1st box free, 2nd box £1.74, 3rd box and onwards be £3.48. You can choose one per week, 2 per week - whatever - delivered to your home or place of work. I'm going to try the "Eatwell" as it's the safest option for weight loss rather than "nibbling" as they call it. They only use healthy nutritious ingredients in these boxes. Going to opt for 1 on a Monday and then a 2nd one on a Wednesday (for work grazing)... :-)
I'm going to give it a try... even if just for a couple of weeks (to make the most of the offer - there's no tie-in or commitment. It's expensive for what it is (when you are paying full price) but gonna take advantage of the offer - but it's convenient and you get a nice variety, or things you might not have thought of or bought before.
IF you want me to recommend you, message me your email address and I will forward to you. I get £1 as a reward off my next box... so bear me in mind...
I will let you all know how I get on....

I've just looked at the website - looks delicious!
I can't see anywhere the sort of quantities you get, or any nutritional stats so I'm not sure how easy it would be to log.
I'd love to hear how you get on.0 -
I get them although I have slowed them down now I am past the offer period as they do work out very expensive. You get 4 little punnets which vary in weight according to the contents. The nuts and dried fruits usually workout around 35grams ,things like rice crackers are work out less as they are bulky but light. Regarding the nutritional info, they send it out with each box. I contacted graze when I first joined asking about nutritional info as I wanted to know so I could make informed choices as to what food I wanted to try and they said they were thinking of introducing nutritional info online and could actually make it available for me, so now I can click an icon next to the food and see the nutritional info. I've marked about 50% of the foods not to be sent because they have too high sugar/carbs for what I want. Most of the items are in the MFP database but there are often 2 or 3 different versions so logging them isn't too hard. I've decided that as I'm down to mainly nuts and seeds it's going to be far more economical if I just make my own mixes.0

Thanks for this - nice to hear from someone who has given them a go. I agree that long term it's expensive. But tempted with the offer. I've recommended a friend too, who has taken up offer, so I get £1 off my next box too. So that'll keep it cheaper.
I also contacted them about nutritional info, and they have made this available to me also as you describe. They are trialling it and going to have it available to all soon apparently.
Tell me... does the box last you 1 day or do you make it last 2 ?
Thanks,

Mine last one or two days depending on how much I am allowing myself and what else I've had that day. And if they send me something particularly high in calories/sugar then I try to make sure the rest of the office have a few bites!0

I make mine last quite a while, I usually only have a maximum of 1 punnet a day and often less as the calories creep up. e.g. things like the granola I'll have half of the punnet on some yoghurt. I wish it was possible to get bigger packs of some their things like flavoured seeds!0
