I Have been struggling these last few months to drop any weight despite going to the gym 6 times a week. I also eat healthy and do not drink any alcohol Monday to Friday and tgen I treat myself to some wine at the weekends. I seem to be stuck so I decided to monitor my calories intake. Hopefully this will help me.

The food log is crucial! It is always quite revealing. The trick is to log EVERYTHING Good luck.0

Welcome! Yes, it is very important to keep track of your food intake. If you think you have blown it and then track it, you may find that you didn't do as bad as you thought, or you find out that yes, I really did blow it. And then you get back on track. I have done that several (many) times.
You can do it. Feel free to friend me, if you want.0 -
Logging food and exercise is the only way I've ever really been able to lose weight without being on some special diet.0
