I've only been "dieting" for 6 weeks

Sorry if I misunderstood what you said.....I looked at this sentence, and then looked at your weight loss ticker.....see why I was confused?

Yes, I can see how that would be confusing. I made that statement to say that I've already encountered two plateaus which, in my opinion, shouldn't be happening this early on in my weight loss given my weight/size. I also made it to point out that the pounds haven't been consistent coming off. Trust me, if I was consistently losing 2lbs a week I WOULDN'T be complaining, but it's NOT consistent and I feel like there may be some other problem and/or I'm doing something wrong.

Also remember that sugar greatly affects those of us with PCOS more. It's caused by insulin resistance, so eating a low or lower glycemic index diet will help.

No, it's because it is harder to lose weight with PCOS, and it isn't unusual for those of us with PCOS to be able to lose a max of 0.4 pounds a week, if we're lucky, and it has to do with the nature of this hellishness which makes us gain weight and be unable to lose it.

Do you know if there is a PCOS support thread on here? I just found out I have this last week and I'm struggling with it...

Good info. Thank you. I just added "sugars" to my daily tracking thingy on here, so I'll be able to see how much sugars I've had right in front of me.
