Hi everyone, been using the iphone ap for a few months but now home and at pc most days so looking for a more 'interactive' weightloss journey. Done ww in the past and found the message boards there the most useful tool for staying on track. Almost back up to top weight and really serious about getting to goal and staying there this time!
I have all the information and tools available to do this just got to stay motivated and stick with it hoping i can help others on here too
What have been your experiences with using MFP so far?
Much love Missjessica x

I have only been doing MFP for two weeks but I think it is great.
So many on here wanting to help you along your journey. Good luck!

So far so good.
I love MFP, but feel the forums are a bit over protective on topics.
IF you need another friend cheering you on, feel free to add me

I've only been here for 4 days...but so far so good! I did WW online as well, until I found this site Feel free to add me as a friend, the more support and encouragement the better, right!! Good Luck0

I've been on MFP for a few months and I love it. I think the biggest change is that I've become accountable for what I'm putting in my body. I still sometimes eat horrible, but because I have to own it, I have started to think twice about my food choices. The biggest thing I think about here is the support. Everyone's so nice because we're all in the same boat (even if some are losing weight and some are trying to bulk up). We're all trying to get healthy.
Feel free to add me!0 -
Thanks guys - v excited to get started!

I've been with MFP for a while now and love it. The functionality of the site itself is very simple and I find the site easy to use. When I first started out my goal was to lose 25 pounds. I did that in 6 months using MFP. After that I decided to take a break, but that break did me in and I gained it all back. So, I'm doing it again and hope I have the will power to stick to it for good this time.
Being able to track my food and exercise is immensely helpful and seeing my progress on the screen is motivating. The community is also very supportive and willing to help you reach your goals. Good luck! You can do it and don't give up!0
