Um - I'm still fairly new to this and am struggling a little bit to handle the basics - had problems with calories etc.. Would kind of like to friend more people too - support so far has been great - really helping me - just think the encouragement would be nice.. As I said the calories and stuff have been really confusing me.. Im supposed to eat 1,680 daily but I have only been managing to eat about 600ish.. I would have bumped it up a little starting tomorrow by adding sugar free jelly and cherry tomatos.. Would be nice for advice etc.. Sorry.

Hi! I can tell you that eating 600 calories is not god foryou and will likely make you retain weight, because your body is thinking it's starving. Also, rating donuts probably won't help. Add in more protein like peanut butter or lean chicken breast and possibly make your diary public...0
