WOW...so I totally didn't realize how different my face looks now after losing weight. The before picture is about 5-10lbs from my heaviest while I was wearing a 3x dress and then the most recent one is of me 60lbs lighter in a Large shirt....Thank you MFP and all my buddies on here for their support. Don't ever give up...it is a journey as we all know. But it is so incredibly worth it in the end! Let's finish the year strong! Feel free to add me, ask questions, or anything else.     i think it's great you have the pictures - I think it's hard for us to see our progress sometimes, because we see ourselves every day, as do our close loved ones. i think it's a great idea to have pictures and maybe every couple of months, or every so many lbs lost take a picture and hold up to previous ones...
